At MEX, quality is always our core pursuit. Starting from the raw materials, we strictly screen suppliers to ensure that their products meet our high standards. During the production process, we use advanced production equipment and strictly manufacture each product according to the design drawings. Finally, we use special measuring tools and conduct sampling inspections according to AQL standards to ensure product consistency and stability.

Appearance Inspection
We use calipers, height gauges, micrometers, and other precision tools for inspection to ensure products are manufactured according to the drawing technical specifications.
Hardness Test
We use the Barcol hardness tester to test and ensure that the surface hardness of our products meets the standards and is sufficient to withstand the challenges of actual use.
Durability Test
We perform continuous nail-driving tests on every nail gun to ensure smooth operation and durability. The data shows that after 200,000 consecutive nail drives, our nail guns experienced only 4 jams.
